Online Data Protection Notice:  Your privacy is important to us and we shall take care to safeguard it. This privacy policy applies to individuals who wish to find out more about our products and services. It applies to personal data submitted to us online. This privacy policy does NOT apply to respondents who have completed or are about to complete a research survey. For the privacy policy relevant to such surveys you should contact the operating organisation that has asked you to complete the survey. The relevant privacy policy for surveys conducted by the operating organisations will be advised by that organisation.

When and what information do we collect?   Your personal data is collected when you complete and submit an enquiry form or when you speak to us over the telephone. In particular, we will collect and hold details of your name, address, email address, telephone number, (including mobile number), fax number, any information that you provide about areas of interest to you, information that you provide in response to any correspondence, and any other personal information disclosed by you. Any information you provide to us will be treated with care and respect. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. What do we do with your personal information?   By submitting the enquiry form you consent to us using the personal data contained in the form to provide you with emails or correspondence containing information about only the products and services requested. We do not send you any press releases, product offers, product launches, invitations to seminars or to exhibitions or to attend workshops, newsletters, e-newsletters, market research articles, industry analysis, corporate or financial announcements or any other materials. We only reply as a general response to any information which you may have requested. We do not contact you by any means to notify you about changes to the website and new information or services.

With whom will we share your information?   We do not share your information with any other company or organisation, not even with other companies within the group. When completing an enquiry form on a local site for a local contact, none of the affiliated organisations will contact you for any reason.  We will not share your personal information with any business partners/clients for any purpose whatsoever. No other companies within the group will contact you for any reason. Unless it concerns your company in particular, we will not send you any news and promotional communications, at any time. We will disclose your personally identifiable information only to properly constituted authority in the circumstance that the information is subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, orders or for similar legal or regulatory requirements. In these circumstances you will be informed in advance of such a disclosure and you may thus take the appropriate legal measures to secure your privacy before we disclose any of your information. We do not disclose any commercially sensitive information, of any type, to any authority, in any event.

Please notify us by email if you:   (a) do not wish your personal data to be used in the manner described above (we should be grateful if you set out your specific objections to any use);  (b) wish to see the personal data we hold about you. We will endeavour to respond to your access request within 30 days of receiving your request. Of course, if any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, we shall correct or delete it after discussing the matter with you.

Cookies and log files:   We do not put Cookies or any other scripted files on your computer when you visit our web sites.  As with most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in temporary log files used by the server operations. This information includes Internet Protocol addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and associated data.  This data is destroyed by us on a 24 hour cycle. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to administer the site only. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

Transferring information:  We do not transferring your personal data to other companies for any purposes whatsoever. We shall endeavour to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and secure whilst on our servers.

Miscellaneous:  This privacy policy is governed and construed in accordance with Liechtenstein law and incorporated into the terms and conditions set out in this website. We comply with all EU and U.S. Department of Commerce regulations and recommendations regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union, the U.S.A. and other jurisdictions.
